Return Policy

At Wayn shopping, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it easy.

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund if:
The item arrives damaged or defective
The item received is different from what you ordered
Your order was not delivered within the stated delivery timeframe
Note: Refunds cannot be processed if incorrect delivery information was provided at the time of purchase.

2. Return Window
All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your item. Requests made after this period may not be eligible.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Personal care and hygiene products (once opened)
Perishable goods
Items marked as “Sale”

4. How to Request a Return
1. Email us at admin@waynshopping.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Attach clear photos or a short video showing the issue
3. Our team will respond within 24 business hours with next steps

5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, Wayn Shopping covers the return shipping cost
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping

6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and verified, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the amount.
