Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you're not entirely satisfied, our refund policy below explains how we can help. This policy applies to all purchases fulfilled through our collaboration with Drop shipper.

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.
  • The product received differs from the item ordered.
  • The order was not delivered within 7-25 days from the date of purchase.

Please note: Refunds may not be issued if issues arise due to incorrect information provided at the time of purchase.

  1. Time Frame for Refund Requests

  1. Non-Refundable Items

  • Provide photographic or video evidence of any damage, defects, or incorrect items is mandatory.
  • Once approved, you may be instructed to return the item to a designated address or directly to supplier as per their policy.
  1. Return Shipping Costs
  • If the return is due to a product defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other return reasons, customers may be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
  1. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after we or supplier receive the returned item and verify its condition. Once approved, you will receive an email notification with the refund details.

  1. Method of Refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference, unless otherwise stated. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
